A new survey done exclusively by the "Associated Press" states that four out of every five Americans
face joblessness, poverty, or reliance on welfare for at least a part of their lives.
The gap between the rich and poor has widened,as well as loss of good-paying manufacturing jobs. These are just some factors that have attributed to this negative trend. Pessimism about America's future is at the highest point since 1987.
"By 2030, based on the current trend of widening income inequality, close to 85 percent of all working-age adults in the U.S. Will experience bouts of economic insecurity."
Are these statistics surprising to you? Do you think our economy will get better, or are you a part of the pessimist demographic?
